Printable Cee-lo Score Sheet
Cee-lo doesn't accumulate points across a night the way a game like Farkle does — each round has one winner and the pot changes hands, so what a Cee-lo sheet actually needs to track is a sequence of outright round results and, if it's being played for stakes, the running pot or buy-in ledger behind them. Getting the ranking rules right matters more here than any arithmetic, because the entire game comes down to comparing two rolls against each other.
The ranking a sheet needs to reflect
Three dice are rolled, and the result falls into one of three categories, ranked from best to worst: 4-5-6 is an automatic win for whoever rolls it. Trips (three matching dice) beats any roll that isn't 4-5-6, and higher trips beat lower trips (6-6-6 beats 1-1-1). A point (a pair plus one other die) is ranked by that third die — rolling 1-1-5 makes your point a 5, and a higher point beats a lower one. 1-2-3 is an automatic loss, the mirror image of 4-5-6. A sheet doesn't need to store the raw dice at all if space is tight — recording the ranked result (4-5-6, trips-of-X, point-of-X, or 1-2-3) per player per round is enough to settle who won without re-reading three dice values.
Head-to-head rounds versus a group shootout
Cee-lo can be played strictly head-to-head, where two players compare rolls directly and the loser pays the winner, or as a group "banker" version where one player rolls against everyone else's bets in turn. A sheet for the head-to-head version needs one row per matchup; a sheet for the banker version needs a column per challenger with the banker's single roll compared against each. These are different enough shapes that trying to force both onto one layout produces a page that's confusing for either format — the printable version below is built around the simpler head-to-head structure, which is how most casual games are actually played.
What happens on a tie or an unclear roll
If both players roll the same category and rank (two trips of the same number, or two points of the same value), it's a tie, and both players re-roll — the sheet doesn't need a "tie" outcome column so much as a note that a given round took more than one roll to resolve, which matters if stakes are being tracked and someone asks why a round took longer than expected. A roll that isn't 4-5-6, trips, 1-2-3, or a clean pair-plus-point (for example, three different numbers with no pair) is a "no score" and simply gets rolled again by that player.
Tracking stakes across a session
Because each round settles immediately, a Cee-lo session sheet is really a running tally of amounts won and lost per player, updated after every round rather than building toward a target score. The cleanest way to keep this readable is a single running total column per player, with the per-round result (win, loss, or push on a tie/re-roll) noted separately so a disputed total can be traced back to a specific round rather than re-adding the whole night.
For the full rules on who rolls first, how challenges work in the banker version, and typical stake conventions, see the full Cee-lo rules.
Does the order the three dice are rolled in matter for ranking a point? No — only the final combination matters. Rolling a 1, then a 5, then another 1 is read exactly the same as rolling all three simultaneously: a pair of 1s with a point of 5.
What ranks higher, a point of 6 or a low set of trips? Trips always beat any point, regardless of value — a roll of 2-2-2 (trips) beats a point of 6 (for example, 3-3-6) every time. Only within the same category (point versus point, or trips versus trips) does the actual number get compared.
