Printable Egyptian Ratscrew Score Sheet
Egyptian Ratscrew doesn't have a scoring system in the way most card games on this site do — there's no point total to reach, just a single pile of cards that everyone is fighting over, and the game ends when one player holds the entire deck. What a sheet can usefully track instead is a running tally across multiple games in a session, since a single game can end in a couple of minutes and most groups play several in a row.
Why there's no score, only a winner per game
The entire deck gets dealt out face-down among players, and cards move to a central pile as they're played, then get swept up by whoever plays a "slappable" combination (a pair, a "sandwich" of two matching cards with one card between them, or a run of consecutive ranks, depending on house rules) or wins a challenge round after a face card or Ace is played. A single game ends the moment one player controls every card — there's nothing to add up, just a winner to record.
What a multi-game session sheet actually needs
Since games are quick, a session sheet works best as a simple tally: one column per player, one tick per game won, played across as many rounds as the group wants. This turns a game with no formal scoring into a session with a clear overall winner (most games won) without inventing a points system the base rules never had. It's a genuinely different sheet shape from a running-score game — there's no math beyond counting ticks.
Tracking slap penalties, if the table uses them
Many groups play with a penalty for a bad slap (slapping the pile when there was nothing slappable on top): the offending player has to put one or two cards from their own pile to the bottom of the central pile. If a table is using this rule, a small penalty-count column per player is worth adding next to the game-tally column, since a player who's losing cards to bad-slap penalties across a session is worth noticing separately from one who's simply losing clean rounds.
Settling a close slap
Because Egyptian Ratscrew is decided by reflexes, the most common table dispute is two players slapping at nearly the same instant — house convention is almost universally "the hand physically on top of the pile wins," settled by looking, not by who called it first. This isn't something a sheet can resolve, but it's worth agreeing on before a fast session starts, since it comes up in nearly every game that goes more than a few rounds.
Why a session sheet still beats memory alone
Even without formal scoring, a written tally solves a real problem: a fast, loud group playing many short games loses track of the actual count surprisingly quickly, and "I've definitely won more than you" is a common source of good-natured argument by the third or fourth game. A sheet sitting next to the play area, updated the moment a deck changes hands completely, removes that argument entirely and takes only a second to update between games.

If a game ends in under a minute, is it still worth recording on the session sheet? Yes — a quick game is still a full win for whoever ends up holding the deck, and session tallies are exactly where Egyptian Ratscrew's speed becomes an advantage: a group can easily play ten or more short games in the time one long Rummy hand takes, so the tally sheet fills up fast.
Should a player who's eliminated mid-deal (holding zero cards partway through) be tracked differently from one who loses at the very end? Not for the tally itself — a game is won or lost as a whole, and the sheet only needs the final result. Some groups do keep an informal note of who got eliminated first as a running joke tally, but that's a house addition, not a scoring requirement.
